Packaging Solutions
How you want to heat your meals (microwave, oven, stovetop or toaster oven) will influence what kind of container solutions you would like. There are several types to choose from which I have listed below with their average cost and storage, heating and clean-up capabilities. Storage is really important, because it is how we keep your food fresh and of such high quality.*
The Vacuum Pack
Like most fine dining establishments, we prefer to vacuum seal for freshness. A service for those who—want to heat their food according to the best way it can be enjoyed (oven, microwave or stovetop) and/or those who want to use their personal containers. This service would save you significant freezer and refrigerator space as well! The cost of the service includes a flat $5 machine use rate in addition to the cost of bags ($5-$10) for your meals per cooking date.
Storage, Heating & Clean-Up: With this service we will vacuum pack, label and store food in the freezer or refrigerator. Vacuum packs are disposable and cannot be heated by themselves, you must remove the food item from the bag and use a separate containers to heat the food, in the microwave, oven, stove, etc. Click here to view vacuum pack solution.
Cook Date Disposable Plastics
Disposable containers are great for those who want the ease of a storage/heating container, without the typical worries of reusable Tupperware—Will that tomato sauce make the container pink? Does it smell like Curry?
These containers will be new every cook date. The cost for this service will be added to your service, on average ($5-$15) per cooking date.
Storage, Heating & Clean-Up: On each cooking date, we will prepare your meals, label and package them in disposable Gladware or Ziploc type containers to store them in the refrigerator or freezer. These handy disposables are microwave safe. Click here.
Reusable Plastics
Reusable storage solutions stand up to considerable use and are best for those that want to limit their personal waste. we will replace dysfunctional containers at no additional charge, but regularly lost/missing appropriate-sized containers may be assessed an additional fee for replacement. There will be a one-time container fee for this service, covering an entire year. The cost depends on your meal plan ($60-$80). Storage, Heating & Clean-Up: We will prepare your meals, label and package them in reusable Rubbermaid or Tupperware containers and store them in the appropriate freezer or refrigerator. These are microwave safe, can be thrown in the dishwasher, and both you and your chef can reuse them over and over.** Click here.
Permanent Glass or Earthenware
Like the vacuum seal option, you can heat your food anyway you like, as well as the best way it can be enjoyed—And this options gives you the containers for it!
There will be a one-time container fee for this service, covering an entire year. The cost depends on your meal plan ($100-$150). There will be an additional fee for replacement of the permanent glass or Earthware containers.
Storage, Heating & Clean-Up: We will prepare your meals, label and package them in glass Pyrex or earthen Corningware containers and store them in the appropriate freezer or refrigerator. The All-In-One can be heated in the Microwave, Oven and its Dishwasher Safe** Click here.

Classes are available for individual and group instruction. We will do all the grocery shopping and will bring all the ingredients, tools, and utensils required to complete the meal. After all your guests arrive, we will have a short discussion about the menu. Your guests will then participate in a Hands On Cooking Class and prepare the menu with the guidance of a trained chef. You then will sit down with your guests and enjoy the meal you just prepared. As a party souvenir, the host will receive a photo DVD for the event as a keepsake.
